SOMEX ZAO engineers have developed a calculation method for sieve mat loads resulting from vibrations and distribution of loads between a mat and reinforcement. This method is used for the analysis of the desired strength and size of every sieve component for particular conditions of screen operation. The article describes the basis of the calculation and results of its application in the designing of a broad range of sieve configurations.
