The necessity of changing the approaches in the policy of human resource management is caused by a number of key problems. The article proves an opportunity of establishing company-specific personnel training centers on the basis of large mining corporations. The efficiency of company-specific training of mining machinery and system operators can be enhanced due to the establishment of management systems in the area of education and training of the personnel for the mining industry. Such approach as a stepwise formation of mental efforts, notions and concepts is proposed as a basis for the companyspecific personnel training methods and procedures.
