Developing of the Arctic’s Mineral Resource Potential through a Circular Economy: Best Practices

The Mining Conference is held under the auspices of the Supreme Mining Council of the Non-profit Partnership “Russian Mining Operators” with support of the Murmansk Region Government

Mining industry is one of the priority areas for the development of the Russian Arctic. The sustainable development of the mining complex of the Russian Arctic in modern conditions is based on the systematic interaction between the state, industrial enterprises, non-profit organizations and civil society.

In 2026 the Mining Conference will be held for the 15th time. Over the previous years of fruitfulwork, the Conference has become an effective platform for discussing challenges and prospects for the development of the mining industry, exchanging experience between Russian and foreign specialists in the field of extraction and processing of solid minerals. The Conference has formed new partner ties and proven its high status and attractiveness to the business community at the international level as well.

The development of domestic technologies, increasing comprehensive use of mineral resources, and the formation of new cooperative ties are the main vectors of the Conference. We are confident that IMIC BAEP makes its substantial input to the sustainable development of the mining industry.

Registration fee of the Conference amounts to

• 360 EUR (incl. 22% VAT)* per one participant until September 07, 2026
• 410 EUR (incl. 22% VAT) per one participant after September 07, 2026

All amounts indicated herein will be invoiced in CNY at the exchange rate on the invoice date.

The registration fee includes the following: participation in all events of the business and cultural parts of the Conference program, information support, coffee breaks, official reception, the opportunity to speak on the second day of the conference as part of sections and roundtable discussions.

Exhibition box costs 305 EUR (incl. 22% VAT).

Includes posting information about the company on the Conference website in the “Exhibition” section (indicating contact information and information about the company). The area of one box is 4 sq.m (43.06 sq.ft), the height of the box is 2.5 m (8.2 ft).

B2B meetings

• 100 EUR (incl. 22% VAT) per a meeting

B2B meetings are organized based on preliminary applications, which are to be submitted no later than October 17, 2026. After this date, applications for B2B meetings will not be admitted. It is possible to organize up to 5 meetings.
