Main research and methodological principles of the decision tree formation within the framework of a computer-aided mine planning and design system

The article actualizes an opportunity of knowledge formalization and structuring in mining engineering system simulation. The authors propose a decision-tree fragment for the selection and substantiation of cost-effective coal deposit access and development methods and plans in computer-aided planning and design. This fragment works correctly in conditions of fuzzy or incomplete data on a modeling object.
