Efficiency of recent filtration technologies for the operation of mining machines

For the time being the substantial proportion of breakdowns of hydraulic drives for mining shovels is caused by discrepancy between the real parameters of fluid contamination and viscosity and their optimal values. Thus, to provide the required operational reliability within a wide range of mining, geological, and climatic conditions it is necessary to conduct the constant monitoring of hydraulic fluid parameters using proposed check set. An implementation of the recommendations introduced by the article enable a complete use of reliability reserves of hydraulic units.
