Investments in the coal company personnel a way to enhance the competitiveness of SUEK

The article describes only some of the measures aimed at the selection and retention of graduates and young professionals (age of 26–28) in the company. The experieвnce shows that upon attainment of this age some 80–90% of the personnel if changing the employment stay in the mining industry. The main objective of the company personnel management is the upbringing of a new generation of professionals capable of efficient planning and management of business assets to meet the current and future challenges.
