Abstract: The article is a study dedicated to the development of a method for evaluating the impact of infrastructure on financial performance for mineral resource development. The author of the article justifies the need for the development of a new method that will allow for a more accurate assessment of the impact of infrastructure on financial and economic indicators of mineral resource development. The article discusses the main components of the method, such as infrastructure analysis and determining the relationship between financial indicators and infrastructure features. As a result of the study, coefficients were developed and taken into account for evaluating mineral deposits, such as water supply, transportation infrastructure, social infrastructure, and energy supply of nearby areas. One of the main advantages of the developed method is its practical applicability. It can be used both at the planning stage and during the implementation of projects in the field of mineral resource development. The evaluation results can help make decisions on optimizing infrastructure and improving project financial indicators. The research results are of interest to specialists in the field of geology, economics, and natural resource management.
